How it works

We’re running two peer groups, matched by seniority so you’re with people facing the same challenges:
Group 1: CS Directors/team leaders
Group 2: VP & C-suite CS leaders
This is not a webinar or a networking event. It’s problem-solving conversations with CS leaders.
+ Sessions run virtually for 60 minutes
+ We meet once a month for three months
+ At each session 2-3 people will present a challenge; the rest of the group shares stories and lessons learned from when they faced similar challenges

FAQ
How do the peer sessions work?
Sessions are managed by a facilitator. Each week, 2–3 members bring a real challenge to the group. The value comes from shared stories: CS leaders talking about what worked (and didn’t) when they faced something similar, so everyone walks away with new ideas to try.
How does matching work?
We’ll group you with 5-12 CS leaders who work at fast-growing tech companies. We’ll match groups by experience and the challenges they are facing. The application collects details on team structure and responsibilities, which we’ll use to find leaders with similar challenges.
Who is this for?
These two cohorts are for CS leaders at fast-growing companies (SaaS, hardware, etc.). In the future, we plan to expand to offer a wider variety of peer groups.
